At Honest Paper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stationery and paper goods. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your authorization number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our warehouse; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
